Why 425?
"Working from four to five." It started as a joke with one of our first clients. If you automate processes properly, you only really need to work between 16:00 and 17:00. The name stuck.
There is a serious idea behind it: AI makes work efficient enough to change what a workday looks like. Not for everyone, not for every role. But for the right processes, absolutely.
David Korijn
David has spent years working across corporates, international startups and his own ventures. The pattern he kept seeing: the technology was never the problem. The problem was building something people would actually use.
The 425 Group grew out of frustration. Too often, mid-sized companies paid for AI strategy engagements that delivered nothing except a PowerPoint and an invoice. There needed to be a team that builds directly, without the consulting dance around it.

We commit to a working beta in two weeks. If the scope is too big for two weeks, we cut it smaller.
